Get in touch
Send us a message with the form below and we'll reply by email, usually within two working days.
What to include
To help us answer quickly, please tell us:
- For a bug report: which tool, what you clicked, what happened vs what you expected, and your browser (Chrome / Safari / Firefox / Edge) and device (Windows / Mac / iPad / Android).
- For a tool request: a short description of the worksheet or template you'd like, rough grade / year level, and any reference links or photos.
- For licensing or commercial-use questions: let us know how you'd like to use the PDFs and we'll confirm the terms.
- For general feedback: no template needed, we'd love to hear which tools work and which don't.
What we can't help with
We can't provide maths tutoring, grade worksheets, or give advice on individual learners. For accessibility feedback or a GDPR request, please use the email above and include "Accessibility" or "Privacy" in the subject line so it reaches the right queue.
When you'll hear back
Messages are answered by a person, not a ticketing system, so the honest answer is usually one to two working days and occasionally longer over school holidays. Every message is read. If you have not had a reply within a week, it is worth checking your spam folder before assuming it was missed, replies come from the address above, which some filters treat as unfamiliar the first time.
Reporting a problem with a PDF
Most reports we get about a printable turn out to be one of three things, and two of them are quicker to fix at your end than to wait for a reply. If the sheet prints at the wrong size, check your printer dialog is set to 100% or "actual size" rather than "fit to page", scaling to fit shrinks the page by a few percent, which matters on graph paper and handwriting rulings. If a puzzle looks unsolvable, print the answer key version; if the key disagrees with the puzzle, that is a genuine bug and we would like to see it. If a download does nothing at all, it is usually an extension blocking the file, and a private window will confirm it in a few seconds.
Anything else, a generator producing a wrong answer, a layout that clips at the edge of the page, a sheet that will not download at all, is worth telling us about. Attaching the PDF you actually got helps enormously, because the settings you used are recorded inside it.
Suggesting a tool
Tool requests genuinely shape what gets built next, and the ones that get built soonest tend to be specific. "More maths worksheets" is hard to act on; "a sheet for converting between fractions, decimals and percentages, for around age eleven" gets built. If a resource already exists somewhere and you want something like it, a link or a photo of the version you use now is the fastest possible brief.
