What people print here
Find the right sheet in about a minute.
Every tool is free and works without an account or an email address. You set the options, you get a PDF, and you can print it as many times as you like. Here is where most people start.
- A quiet half hour. A Sudoku or a maze for a flight, a waiting room or a rainy Saturday. Print a few at different difficulties and take them with you.
- Practice at home. Times tables, addition drills and handwriting sheets you can pitch at the exact level a child is on, then print fresh ones the moment they need more.
- Monday morning. Word searches and bingo cards built round your own word list, for starters, cover lessons and end-of-term afternoons. Every sheet prints on A4 or US Letter.
- Paper you have run out of. Lined, graph, dot grid or music staff paper, with the ruling and spacing you want, when the shop is shut and you need a sheet now.
- Getting organised. Weekly planners and habit trackers you can reprint next week instead of buying another pad.
Puzzles and worksheets come with a matching answer key, so marking a class set takes seconds. If you would rather not build anything, most tools also have ready-made PDFs you can download as they are.
How it works
- 1
Pick a tool
Browse a category or use the search box at the top of the page. Each tool has its own page with a live preview.
- 2
Tweak the settings
Difficulty, paper size, number of pages, fonts, grid size, whatever matters for that tool. The preview updates as you change things.
- 3
Download and print
Hit the download button. The PDF lands in your downloads folder, ready for any home or office printer. A4 and US Letter both work.
FAQs
Common questions
Is PrintablesWorld really free?
Yes. Every generator on the site is free to use as often as you like. There is no trial, no paywall, and no credit card. The site is paid for by a small ad in the footer and a QR code stamped in the corner of each PDF.
Do I need to sign up or create an account?
No. There is no account system at all. Open a tool, pick your settings, hit download, and the PDF lands in your downloads folder.
Can I print on US Letter or only A4?
Both. Most tools have a paper-size toggle in the settings panel so you can pick A4 or US Letter before you generate the PDF.
Are the puzzles different every time?
Yes. Each generation uses a fresh random seed, so clicking the regenerate button gives you a brand new puzzle. You can run a single tool dozens of times and never repeat the same sheet.
Can I use these worksheets in my classroom or with my own kids?
Yes, that is exactly what they are made for. Teachers, parents, tutors, homeschool families, and after-school clubs all use the site. Print as many copies as you need.
Can I share the PDFs with other people?
Yes. Hand them out in class, share them in a parent group, leave a stack on the kitchen table. The only thing we ask is that you keep the small QR code in the corner so people can find their way back if they want more.
