Notes and limitations

• A 5x5 grid with FREE centre needs 24 numbers, so both 1-75 and 1-90 ranges comfortably supply a rich shuffle.
• Duplicates in the list are removed automatically.
• The tool does not yet split 1-75 into the traditional B/I/N/G/O column bands — every card uses the full range on every column. Players still mark numbers as they are called; the mechanic is identical.
• For very large print runs (100+ cards), generate in two batches with different seeds if your browser feels sluggish.
• Print at 100% scale so grid lines align when cards are stacked.

Range and style options

1-75 (classic US)

The default range. Fewer numbers means faster games — useful if you have limited time between activities.

1-90 (UK)

Add 76-90 to the items list to switch. Longer games, more numbers called, traditional for charity and community events.

Times-tables mode

Keep a 1-100 (or subset) list and call multiplication facts instead of numbers. Doubles as quick-fire times-tables practice.

How to use the tool

3. Choose grid size (5x5 with FREE is standard).
4. Pick cards per page and total number of cards.
5. Turn the call sheet on for the host.
6. (Optional) Enter a seed.

Worked example

For a Christmas fair fundraiser, keep the default 1-75 list, title the cards "PTA Christmas Bingo", choose a 5x5 grid with FREE centre, 4 cards per page, 120 total cards, and turn the call sheet on. The PDF opens with a single host page listing every number, followed by 30 pages of 4 compact cards each — enough for a well-attended event. Enter a memorable seed (for example "pta-2026") and the same exact set can be reprinted if the originals are lost.

Methodology

The engine reads your items list, removes duplicates, and for each card runs an independent seeded Fisher-Yates shuffle. It then writes the first 24 shuffled numbers into the 5x5 grid (skipping the FREE centre). The call sheet is generated once from the full de-duplicated list so the host always has a complete reference. A shared seed makes the full batch reproducible — helpful for large events where cards get lost or damaged mid-game.
