A dated calendar for any year from 1900 to 2999

Type a year. You get twelve full-page month grids with the real day numbers sitting in the correct weekday columns, weekends faintly tinted, and enough room in each box to write something more useful than a tick. Leap years look after themselves, so February shows 28 days or 29 without you checking.

The cover page is on by default and turns the first sheet into a year at a glance: twelve mini calendars in a three-by-four grid. With it you get a thirteen-page pack. Without it, twelve.

Why a dated grid beats a blank one

A blank month grid is faster to produce and slower to use, because you fill in the dates yourself. Every time.

The chore is worst exactly where mistakes are worst: the months where the 1st lands on a Friday or a Sunday, where hand-counting the columns goes wrong quietly and you do not notice until an appointment is written under the wrong weekday. The generator does that arithmetic and lays out four, five or six week rows according to what the month actually needs.

Monday or Sunday, and the week-number gutter

The week start applies to all twelve months and to the cover page together, so nothing on the pack disagrees with anything else. Monday is the default.

ISO week numbers are off by default and print in a narrow gutter down the left edge when you switch them on. Turn them on if your work runs on week numbers. They are noise on a kitchen calendar and indispensable on a project one.

A 2027 family calendar

Type 2027. Monday start, week numbers off, cover page left on. Out comes a thirteen-page PDF: the whole year first, then January through December on their own pages, February correctly at 28 days because 2027 is not a leap year.

Print it double-sided, punch it, hang it on a binder ring by the fridge. Better than a wall calendar for a household that needs to flip back to last month more often than it admits.

Who ends up printing these

Households

One shared dated wall calendar for school runs, for clubs, for birthdays nobody remembers. The point of the paper version is that it works for people who do not have a phone.

Teachers and tutors

Map terms and assessment windows across the academic year. Pin the overview page by the desk and use the month pages for the detail.

Freelancers and small teams

Block quarters, mark invoice dates, and find the quiet weeks before booking leave into a busy one.

Planner builders

Use the dated month pages as the spine of a printed planner with weekly and daily sheets filed behind each one.

What the pages are made of

Everything is drawn from the shared branded template, so margins and footers line up with the daily and weekly planners, and with the monthly one, if you are printing a set.

A month page carries a large month-and-year banner, a weekday header row, then a grid of day cells sized to whatever number of week rows that month requires. Weekend columns take a faint tint. The optional gutter prints the ISO week number for the first day of each row. Print at full scale on A4 or US Letter, or the weekday columns stop being square and the whole thing starts to look hand-drawn.

FAQs

Quick answers

Can I make a calendar for 2026, 2027 or any other year?

Yes. Enter any four-digit year from 1900 to 2999 and the calendar regenerates with the correct first weekday for every month and accurate leap-day handling.

How many pages do I get?

Twelve dated month pages, one per month. Turn on the year-at-a-glance cover and you get a thirteenth page up front showing all twelve months as mini calendars.

Can I start the week on Sunday instead of Monday?

Yes. Choose Monday or Sunday as the first day of the week and it applies to every month page and the cover page.

Does it print correctly on A4 and US Letter?

Yes. The month grid reflows to fit either paper size with tidy margins. Print at 100% scale to keep the weekday columns square.
